  • Developed the full architectural framework for the website and Android/iOS mobile applications for the CPHC-HWC Program.

  • Liaised with State/UT health departments to operationalize the ‘Mera Aspataal’ (Patient Feedback) application across Medical Colleges, CGHS facilities, District Hospitals, CHCs, and PHCs.

  • Articulated resource training materials and facilitated state/district capacity building programs for NQAS, LaQshya, and Kayakalp.
